This is a Silver Plated Large Berry Spoon in the wonderful Grape Pattern from 1906 “Moselle” by World Brand / American Silver Company. This company was located in Bristol, Connecticut. The spoon measures 9″ in length and is 3 1/2″ across the Bowl. It is marked on the back of the handle: Pat.04.10.06 / 1857 / with a World / Globe ( Standard of the World / inside the Globe ) Trade- Knife/ Fork / Spoon- Mark / 6. This Pattern was Patented April 10, 1906.
This Spoon is just in wonderful condition!

This antique silver-plated berry serving spoon is the 1906 Moselle flatware pattern by American Silver Co.
It measures 9 inches long, has a SILVER washed bowl and is in very good-excellent condition. These spoons were advertised by the manufacturer as both a berry and salad serving spoon. It bears the ASCO backstamp. ( PAT 4.10/06 )
